Completed: Do 10 Random Acts of Kindness for Strangers

I did my first random act of kindness today, 9/30/2010. I stole the idea from someone else 101 list. I tipped the server at lunch 100% for my check. It was a good feeling. Granted I didn't get an expensive meal, but I had the means to do it today so I took advantage of it. I would like to do a larger one another time. (1)

Today, 10/4/2010, I bought the person behind me at Starbucks Grande White Mocha. I asked the server to just tell her to pay it forward somewhere. The server said, "Awww thanks! That is so sweet of you!" I hope that it was the best White Mocha she ever had. (2)

On 10/21/2010, I was given some Fast Passes for the Kilimojaro Safari at Disney's Animal Kingdom park. I got these for being on a tour that I had been on and was given 4 as I was meeting friends. The cast member then gave everyone a second set. When I left to find my friend Christiann, I learned they were at another park instead. As I left the park, I gave the 8 FP to 2 different families that were just coming into the park. (3 and 4)

10/30/2010, I began my every other month donation of items to Spouse Abuse/Rape Crisis center here. This is something that I will re-add to my list next time and increase frequency and funds. Sad thing is, there may be a time when the women there aren't strangers. (5)

Yesterday, 11/29/2010, I began my every other month donation of items to Interfaith. This is a community based organization that helps individuals and families. As above, there may be a time when someone seeking help here isn't a stranger to me. (6)

Today, 12/1/2010, is "Pay it Forward Day" on Facebook. I have taken the time this morning to pay for someone's breakfast at Chick-fil-a and then at Starbucks, I paid for a car that was behind the one directly behind me... for his latte. Turned out it was 2 but that was fine. Day isn't over yet though! (7 and 8)

Addition for today... I gave my server at lunch a 100% tip. She was very nice and I hope that it made her day. (9)

And finally, to end "Pay it Forward Day" I stopped by and picked a name for "Be a Santa to a Senior". I picked Jeannette who wants silver hoop earrings and a blanket.  (10). Merry Christmas Jeannette!
